Wikipedia already does conversions on its own. See, for example, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Roadster_(first_generation)

As I mentioned in #2, I think it would rather be better to have per-website preferences saved. (though wikipedia could certainly be a pre-filled entry)
