Allow labelling of final image

It would be great to see an option to label the final image/snapshot. The Hetzner Cloud API supports this[1][2].

This would allow one to retrieve the image id in the hcloud_image data source by using labels. See Data Source: hcloud_image.

@m110 Please let us know, if you would implement it or would accept a merge request.
