Import/export data sources

Hi guys,

This tool is simple, but really powerful ! 👏 Did you plan to add data source import and export ?

Hey! Thanks, great to hear that! :+1:

Can you tell me more about this, how would you like to use it? Do you mean exporting whole data source including all data to a file, i.e. dumping?

Thanks for the fast reply ;)

On my infrastructure, I scripted the deployment of prometheus + grafana.

I use Grafcli for importing from my git repo a list of selected dashboards. But I still need to execute a curl command for creating the data source :-(

I use both import and export command, with the remote target.

It should be as simple as inserting a row to data_source table. 👍

So I've decided to take advantage of the HTTP API, since changes will be safer this way. The basic version is there, supporting data sources should be coming soon.

Would be great once this is implemented!
