It's alive thanks to a netidee.at grant, but the work is currently done in the "prototyping" branch. 3D Tiles is partially working already. No public demo yet.

Hi. I have played a lot with the older potree version and currenty playing with the webgpu potree version for fun. I saw the the cesium 3D tiles demo on the prototyping branch but not sure if you have plans for supporting quantized terrain tiles as well [(https://github.com/CesiumGS/quantized-mesh)] as 3d tiles are gltf while the terrain tiles are 'encoded' mesh data. Any comments? How can I be helpful, contribute?
