Support Pandoc 2.14 and above with its new table features

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tables from pandas are exported to rather simple tables. Multi-row/-columns are not supported.

Describe the solution you'd like Pandoc 2.14 adds support for them. We should examine what's possible on our side.
