Also not sure how best to handle this, i suspect it would likely be too destructive a filter. The relevant code to modify would be [here](https://github.com/m-lyon/filter-subs/blob/dd9017f90f311893371fa4276b4ff376237358e4/subtitle_filter/libs/subtitle.py#L152).
So, `filter-subs` works mostly through regex, of which there are a few patterns that match based on alphanumeric characters, e.g. the replace names regex matches using `([A-Z0-9 ][A-Z0-9' ]*: *|[A-Z]{1}[a-z]+...
