Need server identity in every row

Need row filter tags on server name or identity and protocol family

At the very least the (protocol specifici) host name: ndt.iupui.mlab1v6.lga03.measurement-lab.org.

Better would be to bust it out into separate tags. e.g. At least: metro:lga, node:lga01, server:mlab1.lga01 and IPproto:v6

Another solution would be to provide a joinable BQ table that has server attributes, keyed by server IP address.
