Feature Request: Apply dark mode to PDF

Recently the mozzila/pdf.js added support to high contrast mode in #14874.

As Firefox embbeds pdf.js, I wonder if it would be possible to apply dark mode to PDF using this extension as stated in this comment at least for Firefox users.

Unfortunately, while in the past an extension could manipulate a view of a PDF, not anymore. (Because of "WebExtensions" API/permissions rules.)
