Build Failing Randomly

Currently the build is failing randomly. As it seems, all test failures are related to Random* tests. Such tests should be predictable.

Looks like this is the reason why someone deactivated test execution during the build, see https://github.com/m-ender/retina/blob/master/build.sh#L8
