[mingw64] Build fails, mpv missing

Hi, I don't know what wend wrong. After running the .bat a MingW64 terminal opens and it starts d/l and building various stuff. At the end, it says mpv is missing and the window closes (didn't have time to get the message copied).

I try another ffmpeg builder using crosscompiling inside linux itself (still busy at the moment writing this post). I thougt I let you guys know about this issue.

I guess that's a side effect of https://github.com/m-ab-s/media-autobuild_suite/commit/34d8231c1b324cc66f5ef1d025cdc76e682742b5, let me limit that to no_mintty
