EOF Keypoint Removal

Hi @zjhthu, @lzx551402, @vdvchen,

While reviewing your code I came across the step where points near the edge of the frame are removed. This is something I have seen done in SuperPoint also. I am curious about why you do this? And what is the, if any, theoretical need for this step.

keypoints near to boundary are less stable, probably due to the padding in the convolutions
