option to switch between button and toggle in menu

Would allow buttons to be easier to use, so you don't have to click the buttons twice.

I almost never use buttons, I finally had a reason to use them today and saw this issue. Yes I support his, buttons behave like toggles in the emulator.

Keep forgetting to add this. It would be nice to have this option. Maybe in 2.9.9 or 3.0

Maybe I should make normal click act like a button, and require right-click to toggle (current behavior), since usually you don't need to hold it down.
