Added a custom verbose option

With these changes, the verbose parameter in the fit and fit_partial methods can be a boolean or a function, and if it's a function it will be called the same way as print. So, with that, you can pass a logging function to the those methods.

Is this option already available? Is there any workaround to achieve such a custom log for epoch print?
