** (Mix) Could not compile dependency :accept, "/Users/XXXXX/.mix/rebar3 bare compile --paths /Users/XXXXX/Projects/ciun/_build/dev/lib/*/ebin" command failed. You can recompile this dependency with "mix deps.compile accept", update it with "mix deps.update accept" or clean it with "mix deps.clean accept"

Any idea ?

Hmm. Looks like the prometheus_plug is dependent on accept 0.1 which is from 2016.
