I... might not be the best dev for that, i.e couldn't get this one over the finishing line: https://github.com/openwrt/packages/pull/8264

OTOH, you know your own software way better than I do? :-S

I got it through for geoip-shell. It was not easy but mainly due to my inexperience with git.

So probably we will eventually do this, but there are some milestones to reach before that:

  1. Implement a proper versioning system (which we should do anyway, it's kinda important for almost any software)
  2. Get the project to a fairly steady state where no ultra rapid development happens very frequently. We're not very far away from that point IMO.
