[Suggestion] Alarm of Eidolon

It would be nice to have an Alarm Clock that notified you of a certain time in PoE - eg. set it to 5min before dusk to find hunting squad or 15min before dawn so you know if you have time for a hydrolyst.

Is this actively being worked on? I'd be interested in helping as part of Hacktoberfest, but dont want to encroach on someone else's progress.

Came here specifically to request this, having the option to toggle an offset to the alarm (maybe a fixed 5 minutes or something user specified) would be great, it would allow people to be ready and on-planet when night starts.
