Time is around 45 seconds off from other sites

The clock is returning times around 45 seconds later than the following clocks:

• warframestat.us
• tithen-firion
• semlar

I looked at it the other night and it was 20 seconds off. I didn't see anything wrong with the clock logic. I just looked at it now and it seems to match with warframestat & tithin-firion
