I want to support this scenario： multiple video streaming between 2 peers in Unified Plan

Offer: m=video mid=0 sendrecv

m=video mid=1 sendrecv

m=audio mid=2 sendrecv

m=application

Answer: m=video mid=0 sendrecv

m=video mid=1 sendrecv

m=audio mid=2 sendrecv

m=application

Both peer send and receive a pair of audio and video, also the sender sends extra video track to receiver, the video stream of a monitor camera.

we don't support Unified Plan yet, but we will start to implement it shortly
