Exclude some heading like table of contant

Hi, First very appreciated for this powerful plugin. I am wondering if there is a way to comment out some certain headings? Like I do not want the table of content also appear in the map.

Same here, I love Mind Map but would like to exclude or comment-out portions of a file.
