Add {{title}} as prefix

Is it possible to add more placeholders for the prefix than the {{date}} placeholder?

Or maybe a prompt to write the new filename?

As an example of how this would be very useful: Daily notes could be refactored later (e.g. during a weekly review) and then preserve the original date of the note in the new filename. As a workaround, I currently use the {{date}} placeholder and then manually overwrite the day, but this would be a great time saver.
