Refracting 7000 headings (just 80 then Obsidian freezes)

The first 80 headings were generated as new files.... maybe each second one split.... after that obsidian windows remaining white, and refracting stops. I waited and check CPU load, nothing was happening.

I refract it via my script https://github.com/dxcore35/obs-md-header-spliter it was done in few seconds.... I don't know why it takes so long to it in obsidian...

I can say that all 7000 headings are in on file, and also just opening that file alone in Obsidian takes time.
