About loss calculation

Hi,

Can you please explain the loss calculation in your paper? How did you alleviate the problem of class imbalance as this is multi label classification and there are significantly more negative labels than positive ones. Why did you use cross_entropy if I may ask and could you please explain how that works..Thanks for your paper.
