There is no way to test if the db.js is upgraded

When using db.js open database, there is no API to test if the db version is upgraded.

And also add deferred keyword on the npmjs repostiory to increase popularity and also like https://www.npmjs.com/package/ts-deferred https://www.npmjs.com/package/@offirmo/deferred and still preseve zero deps this also like https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript/issues/15202#issuecomment-318900991 does
