Aegisub script to go to previous/next frame

A lot of the subtitling I do depend greatly on frame accuracy, the video preview in Aegisub doesn't feature going to next/previous frame, wish there was a tool that makes moving about in aegisub alot easier -going to next/previous frame -going to (+1/-1 sec, or 500msec)
