To be fair: I did not maintain this package for nearly a decade. It was developed against Qt4.x libraries, so I think to make it work against more recent Qt versions it will require some rework. Also I assume that there were quite some changes in the Dropbox API.

So I'd rather assume that it will not run out of the box. Please feel free to try compile, refactor and adapt it as you require. I'm happy to assist as far as possible.
