Make dialog as modal only for the window

The file chooser dialog is ApplicationModal by default, causing that a dialog opened for one portal request blocks dialogs requested from other applications. Setting the dialog as WindowModal avoids this problem.

Under Wayland I can open more than one dialog without issues (e.g. from firefox and thunderbird) - is that x11 only?

You can open multiple dialogs, but you can't click or close the other ones that you opened earlier until you close the most recently opened dialog.
