Apply clang format

This tries to put the first stone in solving the issue reported in #472.

The clang-format file used has been extracted from the qt5 repository. I've modified the BeforeElse option to keep the style as suggested in the issue. The 4 spaces (instead of tabs) are now enforced by the style as well.
