Position settings broken

With a dual monitor setup all settings are broken except default (not touching anything):

  1. "Show on active monitor" never works.
  2. "Show only on monitor 2" works once but only after restarting and position is completely wrobg at top left and this can't be changed in no way anymore. This is independent of "center" or "top (with margin). schermata-16 Jun 23:12
