Position settings broken

With a dual monitor setup all settings are broken except default (not touching anything):

1. "Show on active monitor" never works.
2. "Show only on monitor 2" works once but only after restarting and position is completely wrobg at top left and this can't be changed in no way anymore. This is independent of "center" or "top (with margin).

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

It's weird, on a second user all is working fine. Tested also with xfwm4 on my user instead of kwin: same issues. Keeping this open until I find the cause.

The cause for this is not in ~/.config/lxqt, no idea where to check.

I think it's still an issue on x11, although rarely.
