Accessibility

Having spoken with @agaida on IRC with regards to accessibility options - I was asked to open an issue here :)

Would it be possible to have GUI accessibility options for.

• [ ] Cursor size
• [ ] Sticky keys

agaida has graciously given me workarounds for these for the time being, but it would be nice to have these OOTB.

Both are possible but;

(1) A dev who's interested in them should do it; and

(2) Cursor size in about setting an EV (XCURSOR_SIZE) and Session Settings already has a section for EVs.

i guess we should keep both things in mind for 0.15

I think we should also make our EV GUI more user-friendly -- IMO, it shouldn't be supposed that users know what an EV is.

Speaking of, I believe visual bell (like what GNOME or KDE have) is missing too.
