Added translations for user-admin auth dialog

Replacement for https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt-admin/pull/278 To investigate and eventually add: admin-time translation.

Issues for lxqt-admin-time:

  • actual messages are inherited from /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.timedate1.policy
  • org.lxqt.lxqt-admin-time.policy is not configured and installed in CMakeList.txt
  • this line is hardcoded to /usr/local/bin: https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt-admin/blob/a66d0184dec4a14d4309412b4280c7e3c64c99ef/lxqt-admin-time/org.lxqt.lxqt-admin-time.policy#L15

Should be @CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX@/bin/lxqt-admin-user-helper`

  • lxqt-admin-time-helper is only in BSD and nosd systems installed.
