Deprecate XdgIcon::fromTheme(QStringList &iconNames,.....)

Well we don't have to deprecate it I guess, we can just stop using it in lxqt.

Sure, but then we have to enforce it in some way. More than that, I thinking in writing an icon cache. That would be in an 2.x release, qt5 only and no "old" stuff.
