Add logout support for Wayland

This adds support for killing the Wayland compositor on Linux and FreeBSD based on wayland-logout to lxsession-logout.

I have not yet tested whether other functionality of lxsession-logout works on Wayland, though I've noticed that the background dimming doesn't work.
