Mouse back/forward buttons don't work when on Details List view

I'm not sure if this is a libfm issue or a pcmanfm issue, but if you are on Details List view you can't use mouse back/forward buttons. I tried this on many distros and the behavior is always the same.

It only happens if you build against GTK2, not GTK3.
