RC4 decrypted text messages - with key
Absolutely amazing project. Thank you very much.
I would be extremely happy if option to decrypt DMR RC40 motorola encrypted text messages with key could be implemented someday. Is it possible and would you mind to do it?

I'll look into it at some point, and see what can be done, but same as #186 really, just having to decrypt the pdu as well. I wouldn't hold my breathe for it to occur anytime soon, though, if at all. Dealing with different vendor formats for SMS like messages that aren't documented in ETSI manuals might be difficult, not to mention, anytime I request wav files where text messages occur with known text in them (not including encryption) nobody can actually seem to supply those, so makes it a bit difficult to work out their delivery format.

What's your username over there, I'll message you if you can't message me, my username is literally the same here as it is over there. @lwvmobile the TRBO ones are implemented here: https://github.com/pboyd04/Moto.Net, might be of help. There is also https://github.com/rick51231/node-dmr-lib which I think has even more protocols for TRBO. Tera is mostly on https://github.com/DSheirer/sdrtrunk/tree/master/src/main/java/io/github/dsheirer/module/decode/ip.
