Merge Policies, Blacklists, About, Acknowledgements into "Advanced"

Would it be possible to combine Policies, Blacklists, About and Acknowledgements into one "advanced' section? The average user will not need the settings in those tabs anyways. The preferences window would look a lot cleaner with 4 tabs instead of 7.

Even if that is not feasible, "Acknowledgements" could be merged into "About" anyways. I believe that is what most apps do...?

#1728 looks like a nice feature to add as well. It'd make it much easier to search for preferences, especially for new users.

btw, the 'check for updates...' button could be moved/copied to the 'About' section; right now, it being under 'Policies' is quite counterintuitive
