Liferea is ignoring encoding when exporting/importing OPML

Liferea for me is actually the best multiplatform feeds reader. However, I found some problems related to UTF-8 encodings. I have an OPML file that specifies the encoding is "UTF-8". However, Liferea ignores this encoding both, when importing and when exporting from/to OPML file. The same with each "outline" entry. You can check it importing:

New release 1.14-RC1 has a change now where exporting is now being done with UTF-8 encoding. Can you please test wether this helps?
