import computers from OU?

maybe I overlooked it, but is there a script to import all computers from an OU? this would be very nice to have, preferably with some WMI reading of hardware specs and sorting it into Hudu?

Not from AD. Most of these scripts are designed with MSPs in mind so you would just run a script on each device from your RMM to send it's details to Hudu. You could possibly push a script out with group policy to do the same.
