Fedora 39 - make fails with "Skipping BTF generation for /xxxx/rtw_8852be.ko" due to unavalability of vmlinux

It happens not only for that file, but for a few more as well I tried to create a symlink at /lib/modules/{uname -r/ to vmlinux and did not work as well
