Bluetooth doesn't work on Ubuntu 16.10 on Acer One 10 S1002

I installed the bluetooth driver, and I have it execute on startup, but the bluetooth won't work. I used 'dmesg | grep tty' and found out it was "using" the right one. Yet, no luck. When I execute "hciconfig scan" I get "Can't get device info: No such device".
