Switch to AP 2 times failed

It seems that, for kernel 4.x, disconnection event through cfg80211_disconnected() is explicitly disabled by setting 'not_indic_disco' to _TRUE in cfg80211_rtw_disconnect() Setting it to _FALSE make the test case to work, but might break somewhere else, 'not_indic_disco' is here for a reason...
