大佬求教：在windows环境下为什么不把dll打包到程序里面呀

避免在运行目录层级多放一个dll文件，直接一个exe就好了

在正式项目交付的过程中可将dll文件与exe文件合并打包在一起，这个是底层的数学计算库，在开发阶段开始分开为好，gotorch库可能在更新的版本中增加新的算子，因此需要更新本地的dll文件
