Animated transitions for focus changes

The various effects applied by this extension should probably be animated 500ms or so, when switching between windows or when entering/exiting the Shell's "overview" mode...

Maybe you can borrow code from https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/650/shade-inactive-windows/ for that

The reason why I did not implement animation is because blur filter cannot be animated. It is a on/off filter only. BTW, I'll add animations as soon as I'll have time and make them optional (selectable in extension preferences)
