Support tiled windows

Open nekohayo opened this issue 10 years ago • 3 comments

When tiling a window (with Super+Left or Super+Right), it should be temporarily exempted from the effect. The idea is that you could tile two Evince, LibreOffice Writer, Epiphany or Gedit windows side by side on wide screens to compare contents. Since they are tiled, they obscure anything behind them anyway.

i think this issue can be closed. it should not be an option. the whole point of tiling windows left/right is to keep both visible. there is no point breaking that properly designed user experience with an option in this extension.

I second this being an option. I have a very keyboard heavy workflow with multiple monitors, often with tiled windows. I rely on this extension to know which window is currently in focus and receiving my keystrokes.
