Add py3 support?

Hi. Great repo. I needed that sentence level perplexity which I could not find anywhere else. Would you mind porting the code to py3 and tf1.5? I made some tiny changes to make it run for my project but I can look into converting the entire repo to be compatible to py3

I will probably add tf1.5/tf1.6 support in the future, not sure about Python 3 but I'll think about it. Thanks for the suggestion!
