HWID activation works on LTSC 2021

Why does this say the activation works only on IoT version of LTSC 2021? I've been using it on a several systems ever since the LTSC 2021 got released. The activation has always worked successfully. I also tested it right now again and it works.

Or does Windows say it is activated but in reality it isn't? I don't understand.
