Releasing executable

It will save people a lot of work if you include the executables in the release page, as players of onmyoji are probably not a hardcore developer like you. :)

I know. I am an amateur coder and I haven't learned how to compile python scripts to executable. I don't have time to do this right now, but I will consider it when I have time to learn that. If you know that, you may help me out :)
