luya-module-cms Make deleted/archived pages editable in backend.

When I have delete a page, it is not possible to use the same alias/url for a other page. And I also cannot edit the "deleted" page and change it's alias. I think it is a better to make archived pages editable, at least the page informations. And give the possibility to deleted it finally (maybe only via cli).

I cannot find any function to view the deleted pages in the backend.

So we could introduce a "trash" - which display the deleted pages, so you can either restore them or "really delete" them, so the slug will be available afterwards.
