I need to write a message repeater program/ dump retranslation - like simple mash network. After retranslation wait a second (kill echo)

We have quite a nice mesh protocol: https://github.com/sudomesh/disaster-radio/wiki/Protocol#addressing

We don't yet have a Bluetooth/ Serial method of access, It might be cool if you could add the bluetooth/ Android functionality to the project?
