[Suggestion] Release the packages to Rolling distribution

Just my personal suggestion, you can ignore it if you want, but I would recommend to:

• Release the packages to ROS Rolling
• Migrate release repository to ros2-gbp organization

That way you gain:

• A channel to release breaking changes (like the switch to DepthAI v3) before they land in stable distributions
• Automatic releases to new ROS distributions whenever a new one is split from rolling (once a year)
