Networking issues with Docker 1.13

Ever since updating to docker 1.13 I can't access pods on my worker nodes. Neither the dedicated IP nor service work, requests just time out.

Anyone else having this issue?

Confirmed. I installed Docker 1.12.6 and it works now.

Docker 1.13 isn't validated by the k8s team and might or might not work. I'd stick with 1.12 until we get issues fixed w/ docker 1.13 in v1.6 of k8s
